Charitable objects
TO APPLY UP TO ONE-THIRD OF INCOME IN PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS, OF A KIND NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE ROYAL FOREST OF DEAN GRAMMAR SCHOOL AND BERRY HILL SECONDARY SCHOOL. THE RESIDUE SHALL BE USED TO AWARD TO BENEFICIARIES/PERSONS OF EITHER SEX UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE WHO ATTEND THE NOW CLOSED BELL'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL OR WHO ATTENDED FORMER THE ROYAL FOREST OF DEAN GRAMMAR SCHOOL OR THE FORMER PUPILS OF THE SAID LAKERS SCHOOL BERRY HILL SECONDARY SCHOOL WITH A PREFERENCE, ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL, FOR THOSE BENEFICIARIES WHO, OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE, RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF NEWLAND) EXHIBITIONS, TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UNIVERSITY, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES, TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING; TOOLS OR BOOKS TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, TO PREPARE FOR OR ASSIST THE ENTRY INTO A PROFESSION TRADE OR CALLING; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO STUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS, TO AWARD BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL, WHETHER IN THIS COUNTRY OR ABROAD, TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION AND TO OTHERWISE PROMOTE THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF BENFICIARIES.
