(2) TO ACQUIRE CARRY ON AND DEVELOP THE UNDERTAKING OF BEAUDESERT PARK SCHOOL, MINCHINHAMPTON IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER, A PREPARATORY SCHOOL AND THE PREMISES UPON UPON WHICH SUCH UNDERTAKING IS CARRIED ON.
