(II) TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL CARE, SUPPORT AND COUNSELLING ADVICE AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE AND SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING FOR PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES. TO PROVIDE THESE OBJECTS AT APSLEY HOUSE AND/OR SUCH OTHER PLACE OR PLACES AS THE CHARITY MAY DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME.
