TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AT EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN BRISTOL AND THE COUNTIES OF SOMERSET, GLOUCESTERSHIRE AND WILTSHIRE. TO STRENGTHEN THE EDUCATION AND CULTURAL LINKS BETWEEN THIS COUNTRY AND FRANCE, AND MORE PARTICULARLY BETWEEN BRISTOL AND BORDEAUX
