Charitable objects
THE PROVISION OF A PUBLIC LIBRARY, A PUBLIC MUSEUM AND PUBLIC ART GALLERY OR KINDRED PURPOSE AND THE GROUNDS OF THE PREMISES TO BE USED AS PUBLIC WALKS OR PLEASURE GROUNDS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEE, ALL OR ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY CANNOT EFFECTIVELY BE USED FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THEN THE TRUSTEE MAY USE OR PERMIT IT TO BE USED FOR ONE, OR BOTH, OF THE FOLLOWING:
(1) FOR THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY CENTRE;
(2) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEE THINKS FIT.
