Charitable objects
(A) IN ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS;
(B) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE FROM PUBLIC FUNDS FOR THE SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL;
(C) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL
