TO RELIEVE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE CHARITABLE IN LAW AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING:- 1) TO PROVIDE EITHER ALONE OR IN CONJUCTION WITH OTHER FACILITIES, PREMISES AND SERVICES WHICH IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE OR ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION OR PROMOTE OR PROTECT THEIR HEALTH OR PROVIDE FOR THEIR CARE OR PROTECTION.
