PROVIDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE EXPENSES ENTAILED IN TRAINING CANDIDATES FOR ORDINATION IN THE PRIESTHOOL IN THE DIOCESE OF ST. ALBANS, AND/OR PAYMENT TOWARDS THE LIVING EXPENSES OF ANY NECESSITOUS CANDIDATES DURING THE PERIOD OF THEIR TRAINING.
