DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE (INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF BOOKS, BOOKCASES, SHELVING AND OTHER EQUIPMENT) OF THE FOLLOWING REFERENCE LIBRARIES:- (I) OAK FARM BRANCH LIBRARY, LONG LANE, HILLINGDON; (II) THE CENTRAL LIBRARY, HIGH STREET, UXBRIDGE; AND BENEFICIAL AREA, WHICH MAY BE ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARIES ACT 1892 TO 1919: PROVIDED THAT SUCH BOOKS SHALL BE PLACED IN THE SECTIONS DESIGNATED "3VER BEQUEST".
