Charitable objects
1) IN MAKING A YEARLY PAYMENT OF ú150 OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE TO THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1980 WITH RESPECT TO MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL, AND SUBJECT THERETO 2) IN PROVIDING, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE AUTHORITY.
