The Charity provides additional benefits for the St Clement Danes Church of England Primary School and financial assistance to former pupils who are in further or higher education or learning a profession who have not yet reached the age of 25 years. After assisting the above any residual income may be allocated to young people under 25 years whose family home is within the Diocese of London.

Charitable objects
MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION AND SUBJECT THERETO, THE AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR TEACHERS, UNIVERSITY, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE GOVERNORS. ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING, OR OTHERWISE PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION. "BENEFICIARIES" MEANS BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN IN ATTENDANCE AT THE SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION OR ARE RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF LONDON, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER.
