INPROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE POOR BY PROVIDING PRIZES OR REWARDS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE SAID PARISH, BEING MORE THAN NINE YEARS OF AGE, WHO SHALL HAVE MADE NOT LESS THAN 300 ATTENDANCES AT A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DURING THE PRECEDING YEAR.
