ASSISTING GIRLS WHO HAVE NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME ATTENDED PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AND WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT OR EMPLOYED IN ANY OF THE ANCIENT PARISHES OF SOUTHWARK ST. OLAVE, SOUTHWARK ST. THOMAS, AND HORSLEYDOWN ST. JOHN, AND, IN DEFAULT OF GIRLS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID, GIRLS WHO HAVE NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS ATTENDED PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN EITHER OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGHS OF BERMONDSEY AND SOUTHWARK, TO ATTEND SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS OR CLASSES FOR PURPOSES OF EDUCATION OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY BY MEANS OF EXHIBITIONS.
