IN ADDITION TO MAKE GRANTS OR LOANS TO INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANISATIONS FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PARISH OF POPLAR
