Charitable objects

AFTER PAYMENT OF ANY EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION, THE NET INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (A) IN ASSISTING YOUNG PEOPLE OVER THE STATUTORY SCHOOL LEAVING AGE TO PURSUE FURTHER OR HIGHER EDUCATION BY PAYING THEIR FEES OR TRAVELLING OR OTHER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES OR BY PROVIDING THEM WITH MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES; PROVIDED THAT CANDIDATES FOR THESE BENEFITS SHALL BE YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ALL SAINTS HARROW WEALD WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE ORPHANS. (B) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING THE SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH.
