THE AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS TO ENABLE PUPILS TO ATTEND SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES OR OTHER INSTITUTIONS OR CLASSES FOR PURPOSES OF EDUCATION OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY.
