ANNUAL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED TO THE PUPIL AT THE LOWER MORTLAKE ROAD DAY SCHOOL AND A PUPIL AT THE PRINCES ROAD DAY SCHOOL (BEING DAY SCHOOLS ATTATCHED TO HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, SHEEN PARK, RICHMOND, SURREY) FOR WRITTEN WORK. ANY RESIDUAL INCOME TO DAY SCHOOL AND SUNDAY SCHOOL. IF EITHER SCHOOL CEASES TO EXIST THEN THE PRIZES SHALL BE GIVEN TO PUPILS ATTENDING THE REPLACEMENT SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS
