IN PROVIDING A "SCOLARSHIP" OR "EXHIBITION" AT DULWICH COLLEGE FOR SCHOLARS WHO ARE SONS OF FREEMAN AND LIVERYMEN OF THE CITY OF LONDON AND PREFERABLY SONE OF MEMBERS OF THE SAID COMPANY OF PEWTERERS. THE "SCHOLARSHIP" SHALL NOT BE HELD BY ANY ONE SCHOLAR FOR A LONGER PERIOD THAN THREE YEARS.
