1. TO PAY ONE-THIRD OF THE NET YEARLY INCOME OR A SUM OF $105 5S D. WHICHEVER MAY BE GREATER TO STAMFORD ENDOWED SCHOOLS.2. TO AWARD TO BENEFICIARIES WHO SHOULD BE BOYS OR MEN NOT MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF AGE EXHIBITIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS OR OTHER AID TO ASSIST FOR THE PURPOSE OF HIGHER EDUCATION OR 3. TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS ETC, FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE.4. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION. OR OTHERWISE FOR THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION. ALL AWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO EDUCATIONAL OR RESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE.
