TO AWARD TO BENEFICIARIES WHO SHOULD BE BOYS OR MEN NOT MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF AGE EXHIBITIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS OR OTHER AID TO ASSIST FOR THE PURPOSE OF HIGHER EDUCATION OR 3. TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS ETC, FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE.4. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
