TO ADVISE AND CO-OPERATE WITH GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER BODIES ON MATTERS CONCERNED WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH THE FOREGOING OBJECTS.
