Charitable objects
A) IN AWARDING TO BENEFICIARIES SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING, APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES. (B) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, TO PREPARE FOR, OR RE-ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING. (C) IN AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL ABROAD TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION; (D) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY CHARITABLE VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION THE OBJECT OF WHICH ARE DIRECTED TO ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF, OR IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR BENEFICIARIES BY DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND MORAL CAPACITIES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES; (F) IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF APPRENTICING BENEFICIARIES TO SOME USEFUL TRADE OR, OCCUPATIONS; (G) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES. (2) IN THE ALLOCATION OF BENEFITS, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
