Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE THEOLOGICAL AND TALMUDICAL RESEARCH, 2. TO PROVIDE SUCH EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AS WILL ENABLE THE STUDENTS OF THE INSTITUTE TO BECOME RABBIS, PRINCIPALS, AND HEADS OF TALMUDICAL AND RABBINCIAL COLLEGES.
