1. TO SUPPORT THE ESTABLISHMENT, EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTENANCE OF, AND TO MAKE GRANTS TO COLLEGES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY, ANALYSIS AND TEACHING OF THE PRINICIPALS, PROBLEMS, SKILLS AND METHODS OF INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND ORGANISATION. 2. TO FINANCE OR ENDOW PROFESSORSHIPS, FELLOWSHIPS, LECTURESHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS AND BURSARIES AT ANY SUCH COLLEGES AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES AS AFORESAID. 3. TO MAKE GRANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING THE INTERCHANGE OF TEACHING STAFF AND STUDENTS WITH SIMILAR STAFF AND STUDENTS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES IN OTHER COUNTRIES. 4.
