THE PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH IN OTOLOGY, RHINOLOGY AND LARYNGOLOGY. THE PROMOTION OF POST GRADUATE TEACHING IN THESE SUBJECTS, BOTH CLINICAL AND ACADEMIC.
