ARRANGE PROVIDE & ORGANISE PARTICULARLY IN SOUTH EAST ENGLAND PERFORMANCES OF ORCHESTRAL CHORAL OR OTHER FORMS OF MUSIC IN PLACES WHERE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES THERE IS FOR THE TIME BEING INADEQUATE OPPURTUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC TO HEAR SUCH PERFORMANCES.
