TO AWARD TWO ANNUAL PREMIUMS TO STAFF EMPLOYED IN THE RESEARCH BRANCH OF THE POST OFFICE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. 1) CRAFTSMANSHIP PREMIUM - TO BE AWARD FOR A PIECE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP OF APPROPRIATELY HIGH QUALITY MADE IN THE COURSE OF OFFICER DUTY. 2) SCIENTIFIC PREMIUM - TO BE AWARDED FOR A PUBLISHED SCIENTFIC OR ENGINEERING PAPER OF APPROPRIATELY HIGH QUALITY BY A SCIENTIFC OR ENGINEERING OFFICER UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE.
