THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE OF ELECTRONICS, RADIO, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ALL KINDRED SCIENCES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT, TO ORGANISE, HOLD AND CONDUCT SUCH TRADE TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS AS SHALL BE NECESSARY TO TEST OR DETERMINE THE SKILL AND EFFICIENCY OF PERSONS PRESENTING THEMSELVES FOR SUCH TRADE TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS.
