TO AWARD TO OVERSEAS AND EUROPEAN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE SARAWAK FOUNDATION EDUCATIONAL EXHIBITIONS TENABLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AT ANY SCHOOL, INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES TO BE AWARDED UNDER RULES MADE BY THE TRUSTEES, INCLUDING RULES AS TO THE VALUE AND THE PERIOD OF TENURE OF SUCH EXHIBITIONS WITH ABSOLUTE PREFERENTIAL PRIORITY TO BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHO ARE ABOUT TO STUDY, OR WHO ARE STUDYING, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND WHO ARE NATIVES OF THE STATE OF SARAWAK. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF BENEFICIARIES.
