THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATES OF NEWFOUNDLAND MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY TO ENABLE THEM TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
SUBJECT AS AFORESAID UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
