THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY OF ARCHAEOLOGY, HISTORY AND LETTERS, ARCHITECTURE, PAINTING, SCULPTURE AND THE ALLIED ARTS BY BRITISH SUBJECTS. THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE IN ROME OF A HOSTEL FOR BRITISH STUDENTS OF ART. ARCHAEOLOGY, HISTORY AND LETTERS AND THE FORMATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A GENERAL LIBRARY FOR SUCH STUDENTS. THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF STUDIOS AND OTHER BUILDINGS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE SCHOOL AND THEIR USE BY THE STUDENTS AND OTHER PERSONS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL. THE AWARDING OF SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS.
