Charitable objects

A) PROVIDING EXHIBITIONS FOR POOR GIRLS TO ENABLE THEM TO OBTAIN SPECIAL TRAINING IN DOMESTIC SUBJECTS. B) PROVIDING OUTFITS FOR POOR GIRLS UPON LEAVING SCHOOL TO ENTER UPON DOMESTIC SERVICE: PROVIDED THAT CANDIDATES FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS A) AND B) OF THIS CLAUSE SHALL BE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF CHELTENHAM. C) MAKING OTHER PROVISION FOR THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF GIRLS OF THE POORER CLASSES IN THE SAID BOROUGH, WITH SPECIAL REGARD TO THEIR BEING FITTED FOR DOMESTIC DUTIES. TN THE ALLOCATION OF BENEFITS REGARD SHOULD BE HAD TO THE INTENTION THAT THE INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHOULD BE DEVOTED TO THE TRAINING FOR DOMESTIC SERVICE OF SOME POOR GIRLS FROM THE WORKHOUSE OR FAILING SUCH, OF PARENTS RECEIVING PAROCHIAL RELIEF. IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE,THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 1) IN ASSISTING WOMEN RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF CHELTENHAM WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25,WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE PREPARING FOR,ENTERING UPON OR ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION,TRADE,OCCUPATION OR SERVICE BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OUTFITS,OR BY PAYING FEES,TRAVELLING OR MAINTENANCE EXPENSES,OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OR TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR LIVING AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; 2) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF SUCH WOMEN
