To operate "The Mill", a residential study centre, in the village of Forest Green, Surrey for the primary benefit of promoting the education (including social and physical training) of pupils attending William Ellis School in the London Borough of Camden. The facility is also used by other schools and organisations to give inner city children the opportunity of experiencing the countryside.
