Charitable objects

(I) TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS KNOWN AS PRE-ECLAMPTICH TOXAEMIA AND ECLAMPSIA AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND THEIR UNBORN BABIES BY PROMOTING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES OF SUCH CONDITIONS AND THE MEANS BY WHICH THEY MAY BE EFFECTIVELY TREATED AND PREVENTED AND BY DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. (II) TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF BABIES BORN PREMATURELY BY ADVANCING MEDICAL EDUCATION IN THE CASE OF SUCH BABIES.
