Charitable objects
UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF (OR SUCH PART THEREOF AS SHALL NOT HAVE BEEN PAID OR APPLIED UNDER THE POWER HEREINAFTER CONTAINED) IN PERPETUITY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED. PROVIDED THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE TRUST HEREINBEFORE CONTAINED THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER AT ANYTIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME TO RAISE AND PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS AFORESAID.
