(2) ANY CHARITY WHICH EXISTS WHOLLY OR MAINLY FOR MAINTAINING, REPAIRING OR PRESERVING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BUILDINGS OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECUTRAL INTEREST LAND OF SCENIC HISTORIC OR SCIENTIFIC INTEREST OR OBJECTS OF NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC HISTORIC OR ARTISTIC INTEREST WITIN THE MEANING OF S.84(7) FINANCE ACT 1976. (3) SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE OBJECT OR CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT OR BY DEED APPOINT.
