TO ASSIST IN THE INSTRUCTION OF POLISH BOY SCOUTS GIRL GUIDES WOLF CUBS AND BROWNIES IN THE PRINCIPLES OF DISCIPLINE LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY CONTRIBUTING UP TO A MAXIMUM OF ONE HALF IN EACH CASE OF THE COST TO SUCH BOY SCOUTS GIRL GUIDES WOLF CUBS AND BROWNIES TO ENABLE SUCH APPLICANTS TO ATTEND AT SCOUT AND GIRL GUIDE CAMPS AND BIVOUAC WOLF CUB AND BROWNIE SUMMER CAMPS WHERE THEY WOULD OTHERWISE DUE TO PERSONAL FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES BE PREVENTED FROM ATTENDING SUCH CAMPS AND BIVOUACS PROVIDED THAT NO APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE TRUSTEES IF THE APPLICANT IS OVER THE AGE OF 19 YEARS.
