Charitable objects
FOR SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT SO LONG AS THE CHURCH OF ST. MARY AND ST. EVERILDA AT EVERINGHAM HALL EVERINGHAM HUMBERSIDE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR USE AS A ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH THE TRUSTEES IN APPLYING TRUST MONIES WHETHER CAPITA OR INCOME FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES SHALL GIVE PRIMARY CONSIDERATION TO THE MAINTENANCE FURNISHING UPKEEP HEATING LIGHTING AND INSURANCE OF THE SAID CHURCH AND THE PROVISION OF ROMAN CATHOLIC SERVICES.
