THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN HE UNITED KINGDOM OF ELSEWHERE DURING SUCH PERIOD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT AND SUBJECT THERTO UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME IN SUCH SHARES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT (A) TO UNIVERSITIES SCHOOLS OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL CHARACTER FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR (B) TO OTHER CHARITABLE TRUSTS OR CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS HAVING IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES THE OBJECT OF ADVANCING IN SUCH SHARES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
