FOR SUCH PURPOSES COMING WITHIN THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES OR THE MAJORITY OF THEM SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. THE TRUSTEES MAY IN PARTICULAR MAKE GIFTS OR GRANTS IN FAVOUR OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE OBJECTS:- (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, (B) THE MAKING OF GRANTS FOR INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE SO STRAITENED AS TO COME WITHIN THE LEGAL CONCEPTION OF POVERTY, (C) ANY BODY OR PERSONS, ORGANISATIONS, OR INSTITUTIONS WHETHER OR NOT INCORPORATED WHICH IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY.
