Charitable objects
1 TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOE OR ANY PART OF THE ACCUMULATED INCOME TO SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITIES AND/OR TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. 2 AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR TO PAY OR APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO SUCH CHARITIES AND/OR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES HAVING AS THIR SOLE OR MAIN OBJECT THE ADVANCEMNT OF CHRISTIANITY AND OR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY WITHIN THE UK OR ELSEWHERE.
