THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE COLLECTION AND ALL BOOKS FURNITURE DOCUMENTS SLIDES FILMS TAPE RECORDINGS AND OTHER ARTICLES AND MATERIAL PURCHASED AS HEREINAFTER MENTIONED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF INCLUDED IN THE EXPRESSION "THE COLLECTION".) UPON TRUST FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC WITHIN (OR AS MANY THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK PRACTICAL) SET OUT IN THE FOUNDATION DOCUMENT UNDER THE HEADING "FILMS" AND THE SUB-HEADINGS "TO PROTECT" (BUT OMITTING THE WORDS AFTER "TAPES AND PAPERS") "TO INFORM" AND "TO TRUST" AND (SUBJECT TO THE POWERS AND PROVISIONS HEREIN CONTAINED) TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE USED ACCORDINGLY.
