Charitable objects
(1) THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE VERNEY PAPERS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. (2) FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTES OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PORPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DIESCRETION SHALL THINK FIT.
