(A) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION IN ALL ITS BRANCHES; (B) TO PROMOTE AND UNDERTAKE RESARCH INTO EDUCATION OR EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS OF ANY KIND (BUT WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE PHILOSOPHICAL AND RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES INVOLVED IN EDUCATION); (C) TO PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH UNDERTAKEN AS AFORESAID: (D) TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND MAKE GRANTS TO OR FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES (WHETHER IN THE UNITE JECTS OR PURPOSES (WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE) AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT.
