Charitable objects

THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST THAT THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE PAID AND APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND GRANTS IN AID OF SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT AT LEAST SIXTY PER CENTUM OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST IN ANY ONE YEAR SHALL ALWAYS BE PAID OR APPLIED FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH AND/OR MEDICAL PURPOSES OF A CHARITABLE NATURE PROVIDED THAT THE RESULTS OF ANY SUCH MEDICAL RESEARCH ARE FULLY DISSEMINATED AND PUBLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
