TO RELIEVE SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF RESPIRATION MONITORS OR OTHER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR INFANTS WHOSE LIVES WITHOUT SUCH EQUIPMENT WOULD OTHERWISE BE AT RISK AND BY THE SUPPLY OF GENERAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO SUCH INFANTS AND OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE SICK CONVALESCENT DISABLED HANDICAPPED INFIRM OR OTHERWISE IN NEED.
