Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF TO PAY OF APPLY THE WHOLE THEREOF TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND SO THAT THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLICABLE BOTH AS TO CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES MENTIONED IN THE CLAUSE.
