UPON TRUST FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND TO ADVANCE MEDICAL EDUCATION BY PAYING OR APPLYING THE SAME TO OR FOR THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC STUDY AND THE PREVENTION OF NUTRITIONAL TOXIC AND OTHER DISORDERS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO UNDERDEVELOPED PARTS OF THE WORLD AND TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH AND SYSTEMATICAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF CRIPPLING DISEASES AND TO DISSEMINATE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
