THE COMPANY MAY (A) PROVIDE INSTRUCTION, COACHING, ADVICE AND OTHER TRAINING OF SINGERS, INSTRUMENTALISTS, CONDUCTORS, DIRECTORS, PRODUCTION STAFF, AND OTHERS; (B) OFFER OPPORTUNITIES TO TAKE PART IN REHEARSAL, PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTION; AND (C) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR SUCH REHEARSAL, PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTION.
