THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG MEMBERS OF THE ASIAN AND AFRO-CARIBEAN ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS WHICH SHALL MEAN PERSONS OF BRISTISH NATIONALITY ONE OF WHOSE PARENTS OR RECENT ANCESTORS' ETHNIC ORIGIN WAS AFRICAN ASIAN OR THE CARIBBEAN WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING THEM AS JOURNALISTS TO A LEVEL THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO COMPETE FOR EMPLOYMENT AS SUB-EDITORS OR CURRENT AFFAIRS PRODUCERS IN RADIO NEWS AND CURRENT AFFAIRS BROADCASTING.
