(I) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND REHABILITATION OF PERSONS AFFECTED BY MARFAN SYNDROME. (II) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF AND PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE NATURE OF MARFAN SYNDROME AND METHODS OF TREATMENT AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
